Positioning the product category Levebrød within Schulstad’s product portfolio as the healthiest choice on the bread shelf, with more fiber and whole grains, and less sugar, salt, and fat compared to competitors. Based on the insight that many people believe white bread is inherently unhealthy, the choice was made to showcase indulgent guilty pleasure dishes using Levebrød as the base.
